are you a rvr oriented player or more pvm ?
we do have sometimes german spam in /gu and we dont really have fixed rvr groups. and we dont really do guild intern raids ^^
everyone can do what he likes to do so no rules exept good manners here.
if thats ok for you ,then fine for me.

btw. do you know that "nice sweet and sexy" guild has players from Estonia?

Yes i heard that & allso have guild Might of East there is some from Estonia too.
I think im more RvR targeted person after geting to 50 & Template the char up.
But I allway like raids / as DF BOSS Raids / Dragon Raids & so ...

Yes , that too - my Runemaster Dizzolv is Legendary Tailor with some 1050+ points .
